We are offering a 7 month FTC, onsite at our clients site in Amsterdam. Candidate must be fluent in Dutch.

This is a role for a client-focused Campaign Manager/Content Producer to manage all aspects of the Benelux and Nordicsmarkets asset design, localisation, and production projects. The role will be based on-site at the client so needs to be able to build strong client relationships, ensure all work adheres to client guidelines and meets brand requirements, timelines and deadlines, working directly with the client to interpret requests and traffic work into Hogarth teams, taking into account resource, timelines and guidelines.

Responsibilities

 Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact.
 Manage client expectations and ensure agreed workflows are followed.
 Project Management of end-to-end delivery of all projects, including:
 Receiving and interrogating client briefs to ensure clarity and completeness.
 Creating project briefs, timing plans and cost estimates.
 Communicating and negotiating priorities and deadlines with internal and external teams.
 Organising and coordinating schedules, distributing workload, and tracking project progress and allocated budget.
 Managing the localisation of master artworks into multiple market languages.
 Managing the production of localised content with onsite designer resources
 Laise with local media team for content and campaign activation
 Proactively identifying and resolving issues, escalating as needed.
 Act as a brand QC/Guardian. Ensure brand guidelines, QC checklists, and procedures are consistently followed.
 Brief designers and production teams, ensuring correct creative direction. Work collaboratively with all stakeholders.
 Manage work using relevant WPP and Client technologies and adhere to agreed processes, ensuring best practices are applied at all times.
 Own and manage all creative workflows in Monday.com, from briefing and project setup through to final asset approval.
 Lead localisation of paid social content for Beauty NPD launches across the Benelux and Nordics.
 Develop monthly campaign plans and content deployment schedules to support launch and media objectives.
 Manage the trafficking and delivery of beauty paid media assets to agency partners.
 Lead branded partnership initiatives, coordinating stakeholder alignment, approvals, and execution.
 Oversee the end-to-end content readiness process for NPD launches, including product information, copy localisation, PDP content, retailer assets, and legal documentation.
 Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign activation across owned, paid, and retail channels.
 Manage consumer testing and review generation programs to support successful NPD launches.

This role reports to the Account Director
You will work closely with the wider Global account management team and onsite designers

 

Requirements

 Agency experience gained working on global Marketing accounts, ideally with a localisation background
 Demonstrate expertise in the delivery of projects through management of client expectations, internal processes and department involvement
 Demonstrable experience in managing large scale, complex and multi-market projects
 Proficient with technology and tools
 Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in high-pressure situations and tight time frames
 Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
 Attention to detail, analytical thinking ability and passion for the work are essential
 A hands-on, can-do approach to solving problems
 The ability to prioritise and work quickly and efficiently within very tight timeframes
 Demonstrate clear thinking under pressure.
 Candidate must be fluent in Dutch
 Experience managing multi-market content, localisation, and campaign delivery projects, ideally within beauty, FMCG, retail, or consumer brands.
 Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
 Knowledge of NPD launch processes, including product content, retailer requirements, and go-to-market readiness.
