We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.

As The Coca-Cola Company’s (TCCC) global production partner, we’re looking for a talented Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Hogarth Worldwide for an incredible career opportunity. Managing the cross-channel communications for TCCC’s full portfolio of brands, you’ll be integral to ensuring and building on the success of our partnership. This is a unique chance to work for a truly international brand and level-up your career like never before.

The Role

As part of the Production Account Management team, this role offers the unique opportunity to work on the largest total beverage company in the world, managing the production scope for the Asean South Pacific (ASP) region, specifically Thailand, working with a diverse set of agency partners and clients.

As a Senior Account Executive, you are the operational backbone of our TCCC account for the region. You are pivotal to the smooth day-to-day running of StudioX’s production engine. Your primary mission is to ensure flawless project trafficking, meticulous administration, and seamless coordination between our clients, partner OpCos, and our internal studios (MI, print, digital, language services). You are the glue that keeps our projects moving on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.

Reporting lines and critical stakeholders

This role reports to the Market Lead (based in Bangkok) and will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Operational mastery & flawless project trafficking

As a key day-to-day project contact with lower to mid-level clients, you:

  • Own standard projects and campaigns from start to finish - developing, monitoring and delivering against agreed scope, approved budget and committed timeline
  • Are able to clearly articulate the project status at all times and confidently represent Production (our capabilities, production process, Production POV)
  • Ensure flawless project trafficking into the studio, factoring in resources, feedback loops, and material deadlines
  • Partner with internal teams across various functions (e.g. Broadcast, Print, Digital, Language Services, Project Management) to ensure a smooth process and proper resource allocation
  • Collaborate with other agency partners (e.g. creative, shopper, media, social & influence) and vendors to obtain assets/working files, schedules, technical specifications and copy dates
  • Maintain multiple internal and TCCC-owned platforms for asset management and tracking
  • Anticipate potential quality, budget, or timeline issues before they occur and proactively consult with the Market Lead on a recommended plan of action

Administration & financial discipline

  • Owning day-to-day project administration throughout the project lifecycle; meticulously updating and maintaining Project trackers and Finance sheets, and closely working with the Finance team to reconcile estimates to actuals, resolve budget discrepancies if required and close jobs

Relationship building and stakeholder coordination

  • Become a trusted, go-to counterpart for our OpCo partners (e.g., creative, shopper, media, social). Ensure the flow of assets and information (working files, schedules, technical specs) between agencies is frictionless and without delays.
  • Take charge of organizing internal and client meetings/calls; practice active listening, share clear agendas beforehand, and consistently distribute accurate meeting recaps and reports immediately afterward.

Your responsibilities will also extend to responding to generic requests related to our production scope. This may include material requests, collating information needed for client reports and presentations or providing administrative support to the team as required.

Requirements:

Communication & collaboration

  • Consistent display of a professional, calm, approachable demeanour, particularly when multitasking under pressure
  • Strong communication skills; fluent oral and written English is critical (Thai language proficiency is required; other regional languages desirable)
  • Thrives in a multi-disciplinary agency environment and represents a Production POV; ability to seamlessly work with our remote teams

Processes & craft

  • Exceptional organizational skills – prioritization and time-management are indispensable to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
  • Resilience and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Solid understanding of production and the creative development process (particularly print, shopper, and digital/MI), coupled with a continuous hunger to learn about new formats, specs, and production methodologies relevant to TCCC’s campaigns
  • Understanding of and adherence to commercial compliance procedures
  • Strict attention to detail is a must for both production excellency and financial administration

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in account management or project management working, ideally in a production/adaptation environment
  • Prior agency experience managing international/regional clients in multiple markets with a diverse set of stakeholders is desired
