We are building a new automation QA department for our high demanding international client. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who can take this challenge and build a world class QA department. If you want to be the part of this, please apply for the following position. We will provide all the necessary trainings on Automation and some tools like Jenkins, GitHub etc.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, create and implement automation suit in collaboration with team members, acceptance criteria for web application features.
  • Review user stories and functional requirements
  • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, scenarios/scripts, in compliance with defined QA standards and methodologies
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate tests.
  • Coordinate with the developers to fix broken tests.
  • Work with the stakeholders to capture business requirements and values behind those.
  • Perform analysis of business requirements for accuracy, completeness, redundancy, ambiguity, and testability to support a Lean and Agile development process.
  • Perform different types of tests like load test, stress test, performance test, etc. as relevant
  • Develop strong understanding of the business domain and aid the development team in taking decisions on application features
  • Promote quality concept in overall organizational process and take ownership of overall product quality
  • Be involved from the very beginning of the development and ensure things are moving in the right direction in terms of business needs and integration with the overall system

 

Qualifications

Eligibility

  • A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree from a reputed university
  • Proven work experience in software development (coding)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Must have efficient communication skill.
  • Candidate should be a structured person with strong analytical skills.
  • Candidate should be able to multi-task, work with a sense of urgency and adapt to changing requirement and project directions

Work Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in software development environments with a strong focus on quality assurance and test.
  • Must have 3+ years of experience as a QA.
  • Strong experience with test automation libraries, ideally WebDriver IO and/or Playwright
  • Advanced working knowledge of JavaScript
  • Experience and good understanding of quality concepts in web technology
  • Experience with functional, non-functional testing and documenting the testing process
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles preferably agile methodologies
  • Experience with AI-assisted testing tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and Playwright AI features to accelerate test automation, test case generation, and debugging will be an added advantage.
  • Working experience with European clients will be a plus
