Responsibilities
- Gather, review, and validate information from account teams and production departments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with contractual and usage requirements.
- Verify and manage usage rights for all content assets (visual talent, music, voice-over talent), ensuring correct coverage in terms of media, territory, and duration.
- Monitor timelines and track campaign and asset expiration dates, actively participating in project status meetings to ensure continuity and compliance.
- Lead the negotiation of campaign renewals and usage extensions with rightsholders, talent, and suppliers, securing appropriate terms and conditions.
- Identify potential risks related to rights usage, expiration, or compliance, and proactively drive solutions with internal teams and external partners.
- Generate, maintain, and analyze reports related to billing, rights management, and asset utilization, ensuring visibility and control over campaigns.
- Ensure alignment between usage rights and invoicing processes, supporting accuracy and consistency across financial and legal aspects.
- Collaborate closely with account, production, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflows and proper management of business affairs across projects.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Affairs, rights management, or similar roles within advertising, production, or audiovisual environments.
- Advanced level of English, both oral and written.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Strong understanding of audiovisual production and advertising campaign workflows.
- Solid commercial and negotiation skills, with experience dealing with rightsholders, talent, and suppliers.
- High level of organization and strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and collaboratively.
