What does a Junior Technologist do at WPP Production: 

This role will join our NY Hex Studio. To learn more about the Hex Studio: https://www.wpp.com/en/news/wpp-launches-hex-creating-a-new-kind-of-talent-pipeline-designed-for-the-ai-era. In the role, you will develop your technical and design skills through our curriculum and work with our top clients on integrating bespoke AI-driven pipelines into their workflows using Adobe tools.  

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Build a comprehensive understanding of AI tools in all Adobe tools, along with a foundational understanding of programming, design, and technical workflows 
  • Attend workshops and hear from guest speakers 
  • Further your training by building research projects 
  • Brainstorm with creative teams to create and develop concepts 
  • Prototype and build ideas that fit the requirements of a given brief 
  • Work with our top clients and Adobe to identify and integrate AI workflows into their existing ways of working 
  • Build out these workflows with supporters from top technical staff at Adobe

  • We are looking for individuals who identify themselves as a creative person. Whether they take photographs, design clothes, make music, or develop video games, we are searching for people who enjoy expressing themselves through creative pursuits. 
  • Applicants should be inquisitive and problem solvers who enjoy a challenge. 
  • You should be excited about the idea of collaborating with others – most work will be done in teams 
  • A formal degree or previous technical experience is not required for this position 
  • Applicants should want to join the advertising industry

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range as listed below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $45,000$100,000 USD
