Key Responsibilities 

  1. Client Management Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and WPP agencies.
  • Ensure clients have a clear understanding of our content creation workflows, guiding them effectively through each stage.
  • Proactively manage client expectations, clearly defining deliverables, scope, and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring consistent and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

 

  1. Project Management Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple concurrent client accounts and content projects, ensuring strategic alignment, accuracy, and timely delivery within agreed-upon budgets.
  • Orchestrate collaboration between all internal departments (e.g., creative, retouching, broadcast, etc. ) and external stakeholders (clients and agencies) to facilitate efficient project execution.
  • Drive the successful delivery of projects, particularly for fast-turnaround content such as social media campaigns and e-commerce assets.
  • Consistently ensure adherence to all contractual obligations, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 

  1. Quality Control
  • Act as a critical guardian of client brands, ensuring all produced content rigorously adheres to brand guidelines, style guides, and Hogarth's internal quality control procedures.
  • Ensure creative and technical excellence across all deliverables, reflecting Hogarth's commitment to outstanding content experiences.

 

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in account management within a creative agency, or similar client-facing role for brands.
  • Extensive experience managing IMC campaigns, with a particular expertise in executing different kinds of videos’ primary production to post-production, as well as ATL and BTL initiatives across various platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, capable of working effectively under pressure and quickly assimilating large quantities of information while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, client focused and proactive.
  • Excellent written & verbal skills in English is a plus.
