Como Producer, serás responsable de coordinar y gestionar proyectos audiovisuales, brindando soporte tanto a los equipos internos como a las necesidades de clientes.
El rol implica asignar y supervisar tareas, gestionar el flujo de trabajo diario del equipo y asegurar una comunicación fluida con stakeholders internos y externos. Serás responsable de garantizar entregas de alta calidad, cumplir con los plazos establecidos y buscar soluciones de manera proactiva ante posibles desafíos. La posición tiene como objetivo impulsar la excelencia operativa, fomentar la colaboración y optimizar procesos dentro de un entorno dinámico y global.
RESPONSABILIDADES:
Gestión de Proyectos y Clientes
- Gestionar proyectos de video de principio a fin, asegurando entregas de alta calidad
- Elaborar cronogramas detallados en conjunto con líderes técnicos
- Supervisar simultáneamente el flujo de trabajo de diferentes iniciativas
- Mantener actualizados a todos los stakeholders sobre el estado de los proyectos
- Garantizar la excelencia en cada entrega
- Realizar cálculos de tiempos y brindar ETAs confiables a los clientes
Liderazgo y Soporte al Equipo Interno
- Fomentar un ambiente de alto rendimiento y compromiso con los deadlines
- Asignar y evaluar tareas con claridad de requerimientos
- Asegurar la disponibilidad de todos los elementos necesarios para cada proyecto
- Verificar el cumplimiento de los ETAs junto al equipo de producción
- Identificar alertas tempranas y comunicar la disponibilidad del equipo
- Detectar oportunidades de optimización en procesos y flujos de trabajo
REQUISITOS:
- Excelente capacidad de colaboración
- Experiencia manejando altos volúmenes y plazos ajustados
- Inglés avanzado oral y escrito
- Formación en Comunicación, Producción, Gestión o áreas afines
- Fuerte interés y conocimiento del entorno de producción audiovisual
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en nuestras oficinas, de lunes a viernes de 09:30 a 18:30 hs
- Conocimientos básicos de herramientas como Adobe Suite (valorado)
- Experiencia previa en agencias o entornos creativos similares (valorado)
