O que faz um(a) Aprendiz de Print na WPP Production?

O(a) Aprendiz desempenha um papel fundamental na equipe de Print, fornecendo suporte operacional e administrativo essencial enquanto desenvolve habilidades profissionais chave. Este indivíduo, muitas vezes em sua primeira oportunidade de emprego, contribuirá com grande trabalho em equipe, iniciativa e forte vontade de aprender, garantindo processos diários fluidos e adquirindo valiosa experiência na indústria dentro de um ambiente criativo e dinâmico.

Principais Áreas de Responsabilidade

  • Apoiar nas tarefas operacionais e administrativas básicas da equipe de Print.
  • Organizar arquivos, documentos e materiais de produção, garantindo precisão e fácil acessibilidade.
  • Auxiliar na atualização de planilhas, acompanhamento de tarefas e controles internos.
  • Apoiar a organização do fluxo de trabalho e facilitar a adesão às rotinas da equipe.
  • Auxiliar em atividades simples de produção e coordenação.
  • Contribuir ativamente para projetos internos destinados a melhorar a eficiência da equipe e os processos gerais da WPP Production.
  • Realizar serviços de suporte para as ferramentas de trabalho da WPP Production diariamente (sob supervisão).

Habilidades Técnicas

  • Ensino médio completo ou cursando.
  • Conhecimento básico do Pacote Microsoft Office 365 ou Google Workspace (ex: Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Disposição para aprender novos softwares e ferramentas de produção.
  • Diferencial: Conhecimento básico de ferramentas de design gráfico.

Habilidades Comportamentais

  • Forte senso de Responsabilidade.
  • Trabalho em Equipe.
  • Vontade de Aprender e Adaptar-se.
  • Organização.
  • Comunicação.
  • Proatividade.

Diferenciais

  • Conhecimento em inglês.
  • Interesse em design, produção gráfica ou na indústria criativa.

Requisitos:

  • Ter entre 17 e 22 anos;
  • Ensino Médio em andamento ou concluído;
  • Estar em regularidade com o serviço militar obrigatório;
  • Residir em São Paulo, com disponibilidade para atuação híbrida no escritório da empresa (2 vezes), e para aula teórica semanal presencial (1 vez);
  • Não ter atuado por mais de 6 meses como Jovem Aprendiz em outra organização.
