ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a detail-obsessed asset management professional with a passion for ensuring content compliance at scale? As our Third-Party Asset Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting a major global client's Content Marketing team, managing the collation, quality control, and review of cleared third-party content across multiple markets. You'll act as a vital bridge between legal and production teams, helping to ensure the right assets, in the right version, reach the right people at the right time.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in content production and asset management, who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and isn't fazed by learning new systems and platforms.
You'll bring precision, proactivity, and cultural awareness to a major global account, ensuring all marketing communication material aligns with local advertising laws and cultural nuances. Please note this role will require flexibility with working hours and the ability to work on-site at the client's office when required.
Please note this is a 12 month Maximum Term contract.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Content Collation & Review:
- Act as the key liaison between the client's Marketing team and Content Production teams, ensuring third-party content is handed off effectively - with the correct specifications, in the latest approved version, and delivered in a timely manner.
- Manage the receipt and organisation of high volumes of cleared assets across multiple projects, markets, and language versions simultaneously.
- Work with the client’s BA team to track content requirements by project and gather clearance requests, prioritising for client review.
- Own the QC process by cross-checking cleared content against defined criteria to ensure compliance with local market advertising laws and cultural nuances.
- Curate assets against client-defined criteria, including cultural considerations such as identifying appropriate local artists for music; a broad awareness of pop culture is a plus.
- Review all comps to ensure they match cleared assets and provide alternative suggestions relevant to briefs where needed.
- Utilise client rights management systems and production platforms to ensure assets are accurately tracked and accessible to all key stakeholders.
Content & Brand Knowledge:
- Develop and maintain a database of clearance information and relevant updates, based on client criteria.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of client clearance criteria and brand guidelines.
Client Management:
- Manage the client's final review and approval process, supporting internal stakeholder management to obtain required content sign-offs.
- Provide monthly tracking reports for all cleared assets.
- Keep clients informed with timely updates, flagging any circumstances that may impact project delivery alongside proposed solutions.
Production Team Collaboration:
- Serve as a consistent point of communication for Content Production team leads, ensuring swift resolution of challenges to avoid escalation.
- Deliver final approved content to Content Production teams for implementation.
General:
- Manage a high-volume workload across multiple projects, markets, and language versions.
- Support the onboarding and training of newer team members.
ABOUT YOU
- Relevant experience within advertising, media production, or the entertainment industry.
- A strong background in production and asset management, with proven experience handling high volumes of content across multiple simultaneous projects. This role is centred on asset management and production workflow rather than a licensing or clearance-heavy background.
- Highly tech-savvy, with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and confidently navigate multiple systems and platforms. You're someone who embraces new tools and won't be overwhelmed by an evolving tech stack.
- Experience acting as a liaison between legal or business affairs teams and production teams, with a solid understanding of how to manage handoffs efficiently and accurately.
- A meticulous approach to quality control, with a proven track record of reviewing and approving content against defined criteria.
- Exceptional organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills. You’re able to manage large volumes of assets without compromising on accuracy or quality.
- An eye for cultural nuance, with a general knowledge of pop culture and the entertainment landscape, a familiarity with music, local artists, and broader cultural trends is a genuine plus.
- Highly collaborative, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively across legal, production, and client-facing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both oral and written English.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and results-oriented with a positive, high-energy approach.
- Flexibility is key — this role may require working beyond standard hours and occasionally on weekends (compensated accordingly).
- Ability to work on-site at the client office when required.
