We are seeking a talented Web Developer with expertise in front-end development, and modern web technologies to create engaging digital experiences for global brands. You will design and develop responsive websites, landing pages, and digital assets, transforming creative concepts into high-quality, accessible, and performance-driven web solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will deliver visually compelling, user-focused experiences that meet the highest standards of design, functionality, and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design responsive websites, landing pages, microsites, and digital campaign assets.
  • Translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into intuitive digital experiences.
  • Build and maintain reusable design systems, UI components, and style guides.
  • Ensure consistency across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
  • Apply accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and UX best practices throughout the design process.

Front-End Development

  • Convert approved design assets (Figma, Photoshop, PDFs, or static templates) into clean, semantic, and responsive HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using current front-end development techniques.
  • Build interactive experiences using JavaScript animation libraries such as GSAP.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior across all screen sizes.
  • Optimize websites for performance, SEO, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Troubleshoot UI issues and continuously improve usability and performance.

Web Development & CMS

  • Build, customize, and maintain websites using WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms.
  • Develop reusable components and templates for scalable digital experiences.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, analytics, and marketing tools.
  • Support CMS customization, theme development, and content implementation.
  • Maintain website quality, security, scalability, and technical performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–5 years of professional experience as a Web Developer, Front-End Developer.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience developing responsive, mobile-first websites.
  • Experience with CSS methodologies and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript animation libraries such as GSAP.
  • Knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG), SEO fundamentals, and web performance optimization.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with React, Vue, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
  • Experience with PHP and WordPress theme or plugin customization.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.
  • Knowledge of build tools such as Vite, Webpack, or Gulp.
  • Motion design and micro-interactions.
  • Experience with Design Systems and component libraries.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor.
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD workflows and cloud hosting platforms is a plus.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Collaborate with creative teams, developers, project managers, QA teams, and content creators throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in project planning, technical discussions, sprint ceremonies, and design reviews.
  • Estimate tasks, manage priorities, and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
  • Stay current with emerging web technologies, AI-assisted development tools, and digital design trends.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in workflows, design systems, and development standards.
