What does a Delivery Manager, Sonic Hub do at WPP Production?

We are seeking an exceptional Delivery Manager, Sonic Hub

to support the delivery of music, voice and audio services across the Americas, spanning North America and LATAM. This role will help operationalize Sonic Hub and AMP within WPP Production by managing brief intake, licensing coordination, supervisor support, delivery workflows and commercial administration across a diverse and high-volume regional landscape.

This is a key delivery role that combines project management, rights awareness, internal coordination and commercial discipline. You will work closely with music supervisors, audio producers, agency teams and internal stakeholders to ensure briefs are routed to the right solution, licensing is correctly managed, and music and audio assets are delivered cleanly and compliantly. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial music or audio workflows, understand the pace of advertising and production environments, and be comfortable coordinating complex projects across multiple countries, teams and rights scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a regional delivery lead for Sonic Hub and AMP services across the Americas, supporting teams across North America and LATAM.
  • Manage intake and coordination of music, voice and audio briefs, ensuring each project is routed through the correct path based on brief type, rights complexity, budget and timing.
  • Coordinate with internal music supervisors, audio teams, business affairs and production partners to deliver projects efficiently and in line with agreed workflows.
  • Track project specs, usage rights, commercial terms, fees, timelines and delivery milestones across all relevant parties.
  • Support music search, music library usage, licensing administration, voice workflows and related asset delivery requirements.
  • Oversee project documentation and Licsense confirmations, ensuring usage rights are clearly understood and contractually secured.
  • Act as a key point of contact for agency teams and production stakeholders throughout project delivery.
  • Help maintain strong organization of music libraries, metadata, tagging, project files and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to keep suitable work within Sonic Hub / AMP or internal supervision, while escalating cases that require external handling.
  • Support onboarding and education for internal teams so that Sonic Hub becomes a practical default route where appropriate.
  • Gather operational feedback and regional insight to improve workflows, governance and commercial performance over time.

Regional Focus

  • Work across the differing needs of North America and LATAM, recognizing that capability, economics and client acceptance vary significantly across markets.
  • Support integration with existing internal music supervision capability in the US and help extend that operating model where appropriate.
  • Understand where AI voice, library music and managed licensing are strong opportunities, and where local market practice or premium creative requirements mean external routes remain appropriate.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support a joined-up service model across production, supervision and audio delivery functions.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in music coordination, licensing, audio production management, music supervision support, or commercial post production operations.
  • Good understanding of sync licensing, publishing, master rights, usage rights and music contracting processes.
  • Experience working in advertising, production, entertainment marketing, branded content or related sectors.
  • Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder handling skills.
  • Strong organizational discipline with the ability to manage multiple live briefs simultaneously.
  • Confidence handling rights-sensitive workflows and documentation accurately.
  • Collaborative, pragmatic and commercially aware approach.
  • Ability to work across markets and teams with different levels of maturity, process and capability.

Desirable

  • Experience working across both US and LATAM markets.
  • Familiarity with voiceover workflows, platform-based licensing, or music supervision teams.
  • Experience in audio or content production environments serving global brands.
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese language capability would be a big plus.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $75,000 to $180,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
