What does a Senior Graphic Designer do at WPP Production?
You'll manage diverse end-to-end design and creative projects, leveraging AI tools to enhance both efficiency and creative output, thereby ensuring our visual solutions are compelling, accurate, and perfectly crafted.
Requirements:
- Execute high-quality graphic designs from concept development through to meticulous final production for a wide array of client projects including Key Visuals, Packaging, POSM, and other marketing collateral.
- Apply critical thinking to effectively translate marketing objectives into visually compelling and effective design solutions.
- Contribute to initial conceptual ideas and ideation sessions, bringing fresh perspectives and creative input to projects.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools and workflows to optimize efficiency, explore creative variations, and enhance the overall design process.
- Ensure all designs rigorously adhere to client briefs, brand guidelines, and project objectives, maintaining exceptional visual consistency and high aesthetic standards.
- Deliver accurate, print-ready, and digital-ready Final Artworks (FA) as a precise and polished culmination of the design process, ensuring flawless technical execution and an uncompromising eye for detail.
- Efficiently manage and organize design files and assets throughout the project lifecycle.
- Clearly and articulately communicate design rationale and progress with internal teams (Project Management, Account Management) and cross-departmental stakeholders.
- Actively participate in design reviews, providing and constructively incorporating feedback to refine creative outputs.
- Proactively identify and resolve design-related challenges, creative roadblocks, and technical issues, offering innovative solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a production, printing, or agency environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse and impactful design work across various industries and output types (e.g., print, digital, packaging, POSM).
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, with expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Familiarity with and practical application of AI tools in design workflows (e.g., for image generation, content refinement, design optimization, background removal, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to translate concepts into visually stunning and effective designs with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experienced in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Thrive in fast-paced environment with varied client needs and evolving project requirements, including embracing new technologies like AI.
