This is a 12 months contract role, working onsite with a telco client.
Role Summary: We're hiring a Senior Designer who treats generative AI as a primary creative tool — not a finishing touch — to lead visual craft across Singtel's brand and campaigns. You'll shape how one of APAC's largest telco groups shows up across OOH, social, digital, retail, and experiential — for Singtel, GOMO, CAST, Hi!, Singtel Business, and beyond. Real budgets. Real reach across Singapore and SEA. And a rare chance to contribute the AI design playbook we are building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concept and produce hero visuals using Gemini, Firefly, NanoBanana, GPT Image, Seeance, and Flux — pushing past default AI aesthetics into work that feels distinctly Singtel
- Build proprietary prompt libraries, LoRAs, and model recipes that lock our brand aesthetic into reproducible workflows
- Architect end-to-end AI pipelines spanning image, video, motion, and 3D
- Set the visual guardrails and responsible-use standards for AI in Creative Labs
- Mentor designers on prompt craft and the judgment calls that separate great AI work from generic output
- Partner with copywriters, marketers, product, UX, and agency partners to ship integrated campaigns
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- 2 to 4 years in art direction or visual design (agency + in-house mix preferred)
- A portfolio that shows both strong pre-AI fundamentals AND production-grade AI-led work
- Hands-on fluency Gemini, Firefly, NanoBanana, GPT Image, Seeance, and Flux
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; comfort with Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong typography, layout, colour, and composition — AI doesn't replace these
- A clear point of view on the ethical, responsible use of generative AI in brand work
Bonus points for
- Custom LoRA training or model fine-tuning
- ComfyUI node graphs, ControlNet, IP-Adapter workflows
- 3D, Unreal Engine, TouchDesigner, or Gaussian splatting
- Python or scripting to automate creative pipelines
- Telco, tech, fintech, or large consumer brand experience
