Role
- Manage end-to-end business affairs processes across TV, digital, print, and radio campaigns, ensuring full compliance with regional regulatory requirements
- Lead clearance and approvals with regulatory bodies and internal legal teams to enable timely campaign launches across multiple markets
- Draft, negotiate, and finalise talent agreements, vendor contracts, and licensing deals aligned with commercial and usage rights frameworks
- Own rights management across geographies, platforms, and timelines, mitigating risk related to talent usage and content distribution
- Partner with production and account teams to align on timelines, deliverables, and compliance checkpoints across campaign lifecycles
- Oversee multi-market campaign rollouts, ensuring all assets meet contractual, legal, and regulatory standards prior to release
- Work closely with finance teams on budgeting, cost validation, invoicing, and reconciliation of campaign-related expenses
- Act as a key liaison between legal, production, account, and external partners including talent agencies and rights holders
- Identify and resolve risks related to talent, rights, and compliance ahead of campaign execution
- Maintain accurate documentation including deal memos, contracts, and rights trackers to ensure audit readiness
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, turnaround times, and cross-functional collaboration within business affairs workflows
- Excellent command over the English language and comfortable working with European clients, account teams and agents.
- Comfortable working UK Hours that is 2pm to 11pm IST during BST and 3pm to 12am IST during GMT
- Support and mentor junior coordinators while contributing to standardization of BA processes across teams
