A Hybrid working model
We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around three days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
What does a Recruiter do at WPP Production?
The Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to fill roles across full-time and freelance positions. This role acts as a trusted advisor to the business — not just an order-taker — helping shape hiring decisions, drive process consistency, and support the team's continued growth.
The role is based in CA, supporting the CA and Miami teams primarily, with flexibility to support other regions as business needs shift. This role will work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to drive adoption of Best practices, and ensure a consistent, high-quality hiring process across the team. The role will foster and build key relationships internally and externally.
Key responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple levels, for both full-time and freelance roles
- Act as a strategic advisor and stakeholder manager to hiring managers, guiding hiring decisions with market insight and data.
- Champion and drive adoption of the recruitment SOP across your book of business, ensuring consistency and process discipline.
- Issue offer letters, coordinate new hire setup, and initiate background checks.
- Manage the full interview lifecycle — scheduling, assessments, and follow-ups — for a seamless candidate experience.
- Identify the most effective channels for each role.
- Build and maintain a strong, creative sourcing pipeline, especially for freelance and specialized talent.
- Manage external agency relationships for volume and project-based hiring.
- Maintain data integrity across ATS systems (Greenhouse) and candidate/agency databases.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, strengthening our employer brand in the market.
- Contribute to employer branding and market benchmarking efforts.
- Track and report on hiring KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline health, quality-of-hire) and use data to refine sourcing strategy.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of open roles simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed of hire.
- Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable advising hiring managers and leadership, not just executing on requests.
- Experience driving process consistency and adoption across a team; SOP ownership experience a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse, and strong database management skills.
- Strong data fluency — able to pull recruitment reports, track KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline health, quality-of-hire), and turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the business.
- Comfortable working across multiple geographies and adapting to different market dynamics and hiring cultures.
- Highly organized, resilient, and able to manage shifting priorities and ambiguity with ease.
- Proactive mindset, always looking for ways to streamline processes and improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and recruitment dashboards.
