Plans are easy. Delivering them at scale is the real job. We're hiring a Project Manager who does both.

Our team in Dhaka delivers digital projects for global and regional brands, including emails, banners, social assets, websites, and web apps, across multiple markets and languages. The work is often fast-moving and highly visible, so good judgment and clear communication matters here just as much as keeping the work on track.

From the first brief to final delivery, you will turn requirements into clear plans, keep every team aligned, and be a key point of contact for clients and onsite PMs. When timelines get tight, people will look up to you for clarity.

If you take ownership and keep your word on deadlines, this role is for you.

This opening is available at both the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager levels. The final position will be based on your experience, track record, and delivery capabilities.

The Work

  • Turn SOWs, briefs, and technical requirements into clear project plans, timelines, and task breakdowns.
  • Plan resources across design, front-end, back-end, QA, and content teams based on priorities and capacity.
  • Manage day-to-day delivery of digital projects, including emails, banners, social assets, websites, and web apps.
  • Plan and track multi-market rollouts, including adaptation, versioning, and localization, keeping every market aligned with the approved master and local requirements.
  • Function as a key point of contact for clients and onsite PMs, running kick-offs and status calls, sharing timely updates, and clarifying requirements early.
  • Manage scope changes, client feedback, estimates, and hours against budget, flagging potential overruns in advance and keeping delivery commitments realistic.
  • Spot risks and bottlenecks early, resolve or escalate them before they affect delivery, and make sure handovers between shifts are clear and complete.
  • Make sure every deliverable has passed QA and approvals and meets the agreed requirements before release.
  • Track delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and resource utilization, keeping Jira or Wrike boards, documentation, and status reports up to date for the team and leadership.
  • Help improve templates, workflows, and reporting so the team can deliver more efficiently and consistently.

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of experience managing digital projects in an agency, an ITES or SaaS company, or an in-house team in a corporate environment. Candidates with less experience but strong delivery fundamentals are also encouraged to apply.
  • Direct experience with international clients and stakeholders, including leading calls, handling feedback, and managing expectations.
  • A track record of delivering digital work such as emails, banners, social assets, websites, or web apps, ideally across multiple markets and languages.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to share clear updates, explain decisions, and keep clients and teams on the same page.
  • Strong sense of ownership, with the commitment to follow through on every project and the willingness to learn new tools and processes quickly.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate teams, assigning work, following up, and keeping everyone working toward the same goal.
  • Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and core project management methods, and how to apply them day to day in tools such as Jira, Wrike, or Trello.
  • Good understanding of estimates, budgets, SLAs, KPIs, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, including consolidating and analysing data from various sources to build reports and presentations tailored to each client.
  • Experience managing several projects and deadlines in parallel, with close attention to quality and accuracy.

Additional Skills

  • Experience leading a team of 10+ people would be a strong advantage.
  • Background in projects that combine creative and technical work, such as campaign assets alongside web development.
  • Experience in setting up or improving reporting, tracking, or delivery processes.
  • Working knowledge on Power BI or similar dashboard and reporting tools.

Considering the nature of the work, strong communication skills and flexibility to work across different shifts are essential for supporting international clients effectively. This is an onsite role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

If you enjoy bringing order to complex work and delivering meaningful results for some of the world's leading brands, we look forward to hearing about the projects you have led, and what you have learned along the way.
